 After years of experience as RE/MAX agents and franchise owners, John and Cheri took a bold step to forge their own path by founding Blue Tree Realty. 

Our Name:

 Cheri has always cherished a special tree on the family farm, which John planted 60 years ago. This tree represents a deep connection to their roots and a symbol of their journey.

 With over 50 years of combined experience, John and Cheri are dedicated to listening, advising, and serving their clients as they pursue their dreams. Their commitment goes beyond transactions, focusing on building authentic, lifelong relationships. 

 As proud parents of five and grandparents to 13, John and Cheri cherish the joys of family life.  

  John is passionate about gardening, fishing, and enjoying his 2018 ZL1 Convertible Camaro, while Cheri loves reading, family gatherings, and cruising in the Camaro alongside John. 

With 17+ years in corporate retail and a track record of success as the founder of a thriving consulting company, Mary is excited to bring her expertise to the world of real estate.

As a dedicated mom of six, Mary understand the importance of finding the perfect home, and she is committed to providing the same top-notch client support that she delivers in her consulting career.
